Aldelo Systems Inc., the leading provider of low cost, feature rich and easy to use restaurant POS software solutions for the hospitality industry, announced the release of upgraded software for both its Aldelo For Restaurants (AFR version 3.8 Release B) and EDC Version 6.2 software.
“Both our AFR and EDC software received PCI Payment Application Data Security Standard (PA-DSS) validation for managing sensitive payment card data from Coalfire Systems and are recognized by the major credit card brands as being PA-DSS compliant,” stated Harry Tu, Aldelo’s CEO. Coalfire Systems is one of the Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs). “This PCI-compliant software represents our ongoing commitment to provide a wide variety of safe electronic data transactions for our customers and dealers.”
Aldelo’s EDC 6.2 includes new features: Its integration to Mercury Payment Systems now supports EBT, check verification, PIN debit, and Canadian PIN debit transactions. The updated integration to Merchant Warehouse includes full integration with Merchant Warehouse’s secure MerchantWARE® Payment Gateway™, which encrypts credit card data at the point of swipe through the MagTek®’s MagneSafe MSR Card Reader. EDC 6.2 also offers integrations to RBS WorldPay, TSYS, and Secured Payment Systems in addition to its existing integrations.
Both the EDC and AFR upgrades will be free to all existing EDC customers for a period of 90 days after the release.

Advertising can be done in any graphic format, including text, photos, or video.
